Where to Find a Book or Journal

Use information from its SWAN record to find a book or journal.

Status
The status line will tell you whether a book is checked out, lost, or has recently been ordered. Journals cannot be checked out.

Location
Check here to find out which of the Missouri State University libraries has the item.

Call Number
Write down the call number. It acts as the "address" of an item in the library. To find out which floor to go to in the Library you can:

• Use one of the library maps that shows the call number range for each floor, or
• Ask at a library service desk. We will be happy to help you locate your item!
