Garnett Library circulates books to community patrons in the seven-county mission area which the Missouri State
University-West Plains campus serves. Public patrons must show required identification to obtain a community
library card and may check out books for two weeks with a library card. Friends of Garnett Library may use a
current membership card in place of the community library card. Computer access is not available to public patrons
other than the online book catalog. Reference assistance is available to the public as well as photocopier and fax
