Garnett Library: Community Lending Policy

Missouri State University - West Plains students, faculty, and staff can borrow books from the West Plains Public Library (WPPL).

Books can be borrowed under terms of a reciprocal agreement between WPPL and Missouri State University - West Plains.

How To Borrow Books From WPPL

  1. Show your Missouri State University - West Plains student ID card or faculty/staff ID card.
  2. Complete WPPL application giving name, birthday, social security number, telephone, and proof of current address.
  3. Read and sign the "Borrower's Agreement" in presence of a WPPL library staff member.
