Course Reserves

Instructors can place articles, book chapters, or PowerPoint programs in Online Reserves for students to access online. Instructors can send reserve material by emailing an attachment, by faxing Garnett Library (from China dial 001-417-255-7944) or by emailing an article citation to Garnett Library staff listed on the Garnett Library page on the left bar of the Missouri State libraries web page.

Staff at Garnett Library scan, upload the material, and give instructors a password to use to access electronic reserves. Librarians at Garnett Library can obtain copyright clearance for repeat semester articles or book chapters that instructors may want on reserve.

Students can access Course Reserves on the Missouri State libraries web page. Click on Course Reserves. Search by Course or instructor’s Last Name. View down the list of resources for items that are Electronic Resources and click on the assigned reserve item.
