The collection is unrestricted. Single photocopies may be made for research purposes. Permission to publish material from the collection must be obtained from the Department of Special Collections and Archives. Dr. Richard Bartley, donor of the collection, worked at the Taylor Health Center on the Missouri State University campus. The photo albums in the collection are the result of Dr. Bartley’s personal trips to visit various mills, primarily in the Ozarks.
